Shipping policy

Our team requires 24-48 hours to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

We across the US, along with other countries worldwide. The delivery time takes approximately 2-5 days from the dispatch date with the Standard delivery and 1-3 Business Days from the dispatch date with Express Delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).

Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive the tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made, available by the shipping provider.

Address changes

For the delivery address change requests, we are able to assist before the order is dispatched only. Please contact us at puflscrochet@gmail.com for assistance. 

Kindly note that in case the package is sent to the incorrect address (incorrectly indicated by the customer at the checkout stage), it can not be refunded if it's lost.
